Strawberry jam from Carpentras (155 g)
Made from strawberries which are harvested twice in the summer, grown in the Comtat Venaissin. Three varieties of strawberries, Gariguette, Cléry and Ciflorette, give this jam its amazing fruity flavour. The jam is prepared in copper cauldrons and goes beautifully with breakfasts, snacks, on bread, crêpes and pancakes…


Lavender Honey IGP (155 g)
Lavender honey (IGP – guaranteed origin) is made by bees who have drawn nectar from the beautiful lavender crop in Provence.
The honey is light yellow or white and has delicate sweetness that distinguishes it from all other types of honey. Delicious to sweeten your hot beverages and to go with your breakfast and other recipes.


Mustard with thyme (140 g)
The wonderful fragrance of thyme brings the Provençal countryside to life.
A great mustard to go with grilled meats.


Black olive spread (100 g)
A blend of black olives from the South of France. The olives are finely crushed with capers, anchovy, a dash of Cognac and aromatic herbs from Provence. This black olive spread is great on toasted bread, to go with cocktails. It is also a delicious ingredient in preparing white meat.
