Farigoule (which means thyme in Provençal) is a digestive and fragrant liqueur, typical of Haute-Provence, made with wild thyme picked while flowering in spring, it exudes the scent of “garrigue” !
La Farigoule (which means thyme in Provence), is the very spirit of the scents of Provence. The digestive virtues of thyme make it possible to finish the meal on a light, fragrant and sweet note. It is served as a digestif, iced or enjoyed with a base of coffee at the end of a meal. In cooking, it can also be used on grilled chicken, or to enhance the flavors of a pan-fried prawns flambé, or in deglazing a sauce accompanying a rabbit.
Tip: Enjoy the Farigoule in a "Provençal" hole on a lemon or thyme sorbet.
