The vocation of Liquoristerie de Provence is to bring ancestral recipes up to date to give birth to an authentic pleasure full of meaning and history, perfectly in line with today's expectations, while respecting the land and the vegetal.
Our fundamental traditional artisanal development processes have earned Liquoristerie de Provence the label of excellence for French know-how "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" in 2007. Born from Pascal Rolland's idea of reviving a whole range of anise, absinthes and Provencal liqueurs from the past with so particular scents and flavors, Liquoristerie de Provence was taken over by Renaud and Adeline de Barry in 2017.
Both dynamic business leaders, one from the world of wine cellars and the other having taken over the prestigious family winery, the Château de Saint Martin Cru Classé des Côtes de Provence, which has excelled in quality for many years. centuries, will be keen to defend Provencal nectars. They were seduced by the idea of bringing ancestral recipes up to date or the more modern one of revisiting elixirs from elsewhere with a very Provençal flair. All this to give birth to authentic pleasure full of meaning and perfectly in line with today's expectations with respect for the earth and plants.
