La Biscuiterie de Provence produces traditional and tasty cakes. The ingredients are of high quality and come as much as possible from local producers who follow the principles of organic farming.
The Léonard Parli house is the first Calissons d'Aix factory and has existed since 1874. The calisson dough is carefully made by mixing the candied melons, candied orange peels, candied fruit syrup and blanched and white almonds .
