CAROLINE BONENFANT

Caroline Bonenfant settled in Drôme 25 years ago. Passionate of sculpture, she evolved into pottery self-taught. "Having decided to become a potter in Provence, I visited the market in Richerenches, the capital village of truffles. I quickly fell in love with this mushroom, present on the menus of the best chefs in the region” she explains. It was Christophe Baquié, Chef 3* in the Michelin guide who first trusted her to design and produce dishes, to present his specialties based on truffles.

Now a member of the Culinary College of France for tableware - chaired by Alain Ducasse -   Caroline is developing collections of themed and exclusive dishes for large starred tables such as the Golden Wave in Saint Tropez or working one of the best chefs in the world Arnaud Donckele but also with younger chefs like Jean-Michel Bardet, from Domaine du Colombier, who regularly entrust him with the creation of their dishes. "Whatever item they choose, customers have a unique, hand-signed piece on hand."

Creativity, fantasy, high quality standards are the values that Caroline Bonenfant shares with all of her clients.
