For Marc Boulbon, viticulture is a new profession! Four years ago, he and his wife left Paris to buy a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux. Animated by a sharing approach, he chose to focus on quality: it’s already a great success! "We have entered organic conversion in order to obtain lower yields and to improve the quality of our wines. The AOC Ventoux is evolving and is beginning to be recognized. " On site, the Domaine de Mas Caron organizes a visit to its vineyard, outdoor sculpture exhibitions and even musical evenings. "We are also developing wine tourism with tastings highlighting food / wine pairings."
